FAULTS/DAMAGE/LOSS
A Damage/Fault/Loss - In the highly unlikely event that the item should be damaged, lost in transit to you or be faulty, we will deal with the situation in accordance with your legal rights.
Please use the following guide for care of the goods;
1. Where goods have been delivered, please keep hold of packaging/goods in case they need to be inspected by the courier as part of their insurance claim process. 2. Do not attempt to use the item 3. Contact us as soon as possible, to make things easier you can email us at the contact page.
Breakages, shortages or damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery Ownership of goods does not transfer until payment is received in full.
Returns and Cancellations
We only sell items that meet our high standards for both workmanship and value for money. If you don't like your item just let us know and we will issue a refund or replacement for you, whichever you prefer.
Returns are at your risk and should be sent insured.
If you cancel your order after goods have been shipped, you will need to return these at your own expense as soon as possible
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g. should the item arrive faulty or mis-described.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
